Leg Circles 1 and 2 are the Pilates exercise of the month during August in Cirencester, Tetbury and Bristol.

Leg Circles is a a great exercise with many different options(as demonstrated in the video) so it can be suitable for all levels. Leg Circles addresses the balance of muscles around the hip joint and begins to get the many muscles in that area to work in harmony.

This Pilates exercise will improve hip function and mobility, which most of us need these days as it it not often that we get to use the hip in this range of motion, therefore the hip begins to stiffen up and can cause problems . As with all Pilates exercises there is an element of core control that is required to, giving you an added benefit.
