EXERCISE OF THE MONTH - JULY - THE ROLL OVER
Rolling Like a Ball and The Roll Over are the exercises you will see in all our Pilates classes during the month of July.
These exercises are fantastic movement integration exercises to add a bit of fun into your Pilates class. They increase core control and stability and they are also great for improving spine articulation which then, in turn, gives you the amazing benefits of a healthy spine.
Over the month we will build the exercises up from the beginning, teaching you fully how to find and feel the shapes and then you will then to be able to roll. Take it at your pace, you don’t have to do the full exercises you can still gain major benefits.
