EXERCISE OF THE MONTH – MARCH - MERMAID

The Mermaid is a great exercise for stretching and lengthening the sides of the body. The exercise also incorporates rotation and extension which gives you the benefit of improved posture and can help improve performance in rotational sports such as golf and tennis.
