EXERCISE OF THE MONTH - SEPTEMBER 2017
Leg pull is a weight bearing exercise which is excellent for helping to build and maintain bone density. It is also a great strength exercise.
During the month the exercise will be gradually built up to end with the full exercise taking the weight onto the hands and one heel allowing the other leg to lift and lower 3 times.
Good shoulder girdle organization will be required to achieve this along with length through the spine, lifting the breast bone along with the ribs to the ceiling and working deep into the core.
