This class teaches the principles of The Franklin Method. The Franklin Method was founded by Eric Franklin and the techniques are based on the newest research into biomechanics and the neuroplasticity of the brain; that how we live our lives shapes our thoughts and our thoughts can shape the way we live.
Ever spent hours in the gym just to finish feeling tense and sore?
Enjoy a workout whilst better understanding how your body was evolutionarily and functionally designed to move. The workout includes techniques to promote a mindful focus on the body as you move.
Applying these principles will mean that you can workout for longer, prevent injury, release tension and feel better. The class progresses into some fun and fast routines with resistance bands and balls to promote core integration. These routines are set along to music that gets the whole body moving.
- The class lasts 55 minutes
- The Franklin Method group class is designed for a maximum of 15 people
- Work with a qualified Franklin Method Educator taught by Eric Franklin, founder of The Franklin Method
- Each block of classes will focus around a particular part of the body, its design and function. This can then be implemented in the full body workout routines and beyond class.
