Mat classes


A group class where all the equipment you need is YOU and your MAT.

These classes give the body a complete movement experience to create mobility, flexibility, tone and appropriate core strength. The class takes the body through all possible directions and ranges of movement.

The exercises are done lying down, kneeling, sitting, standing on the mat and have a focus on functional movements of everyday life. At the end of a well -balanced class you will feel the immediate improvement in posture, alignment, energy and wellbeing. 


Class details

  • The class lasts 55 minutes
  • Mat  group classes are designed for a maximum of 12 people
  • Mats, head cushions, blocks and small props are all provided
  • Book a regular weekly space or ‘drop in’
  • Most affordable way to take Pilates
