These classes use all the original machines developed by Joseph Pilates- Trapeze table, Reformer, Ladder Barrel and Chair. They are suitable for any level of participant, from those rehabilitating after an injury to those wanting to master the advanced exercises and anything in between.
A personalised programme will be devised for you so you can work at your own pace on your movement needs and goals, giving you all the benefit of the Pilates technique.
Prior to doing this class you must take a studio introduction. This will allow us to design your initial programme and to teach you how to use and interact with all the pieces of equipment safely and confidently.
