Franklin Method Workshop - Finding the floor…
At this month’s Breakfast Club we will be getting to grips with our deeper support system and experiencing the pelvic floor like never before.
The pelvic floor is often a focal point for pilates classes, yoga practice and also during the time of child birth. However, many women and men are unaware of the important role of the pelvic floor or how to train it effectively and will often experience disfunction.
Creating a strong, healthy and well-coordinated pelvic floor can improve continence, support the lower back, improve movement, flexibility, balance and force absorption.
- Learn the anatomy of the pelvic floor
- Embody the design of the pelvic floor
- Use Franklin Method Balls to strengthen the muscles of the pelvic floor
Breakfast will follow the workshop and will be provided by UPRAW. Nafia uses all organic and naturally grown ingredients to create beautiful and delicious dishes.
You will have a choice of savoury or sweet pancakes:
Polenta and spinach pancakes with smoky dehydrated aubergine and tomato salsa, mashed avocado cashew Cheese and crispy caramelised onions.
Buckwheat and banana pancakes with Rawtella, mixed berries, cheer jam and sweet omega sprinkle.
